Beautiful and Modern
A hidden gem in Beloit looks plain on the outside but is modern and sophisticated inside. It’s the best value in town!
About
This recently-remodeled one-bedroom house on E. Clinton Street is apartment-sized and energy-efficient.
It has a dine-in kitchen with lots of counterspace and cabinets, tile backsplashes and floors. Electric glass top range and large refrigerator included.
There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a long rod to hang your clothes on while getting them out of the dryer. You’re jealous already, aren’t you?
The bathroom is tiny, with all the necessities: Sink, vanity, cabinets, mirrors which can be angled, and lots of warm LED lighting. There is a standup shower.
The floor is tile, too. No nasty apartment carpet here!
The bedroom is cozy but not too small. Could hold a double or queen bed and still have room for dresser, night stands, etc. There is a small reach-in closet, too. The floor is cut-pile carpet, so it is comfy on your feet.
Finally, be sure to look at the ginormous living room! Well, actually, you can’t miss it. It’s about 1/3 of the house. It has lots of modern, 3-hole electrical outlets, warm LED lighting, and luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks like hardwood.
It’s vinyl, so you can sweep with a Swiffer, and mop it without fear of damaging any wood. You will love it!
